TBG in Zimbabwe.

Another country to add to the ever growing list! TBG recently donated a range of equipment to the Sizinda Secondary School, located in remote central Zimbabwe, via Maarten Planager who was visiting his homeland from Sydney. The school lacks basic infrastructure and resources, but Maarten contacted TBG to ask if he and his family could take some of the donations we receive to pass on to the students there and their football team. As with many communities and we support, “football is life” and the photos provide a fascinating insight into the various environments and landscapes in which people play, as well as the social impact that donations can make. Huge thank you to Maarten and his team…and congratulations on a job well done!

TBG & Slum Soccer.

One of the main aims at Their Beautiful Game is to provide ongoing, long term support to our charity partners. Slum Soccer, based in Nagpur, Central India, provides a safe place for street children to meet friends and play football..and let’s face it, what is more heart warming than that? The off season might be dragging on, but the football doesn’t stop @Slum Soccer who recently took receipt of the second delivery of boots, balls and team strips from Their Beautiful Game, with the partnership aiming to ensure that each child who takes part in Slum Soccer programs has their own pair of boots and ball to play with.
